VACLIK AND ANDRÉ SILVA WERE STRATERS WHILE JUAN SORIANO DID NOT FEATURE

On Thursday evening the some of Sevilla's internationals played in scheduled matches with their national sides. André Silva, Promes and Vaclík played while Juan Soriano did not feature for the U-21s against Albania in a qualifying match for the U-21 European Championships next year, which they won 3-0.

Vaclík started and had a good game, making several key saves, but he was ultimately unable to prevent Czech Republic's defeat against Ukraine in League B of the UEFA Nations League, conceding in the 93rd minutes to lose 2-1. Quincy Promes was involved in a friendly match win, coming off the bench in the 62nd minute as Holland beat Peru 2-1.

André Silva started and played almost the full 90 minutes in Portugal's 1-1 friendly draw with Croatia, being substituted in injury time.
