Sevilla FC has signed an agreement for the opening of soccer academies based on the model of the club in the United States. The first academy will be established in Miami and subsequently in California, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Texas.
Sevilla FC, as such, will export their model of technical training and development to a country, in the United States, in which professional soccer is continuing to take steps forward, from strength to strength, something that will enable the brand of Sevilla FC to continue growing internationally.
“We are very pleased to set up our model in a country where soccer is more and more important. The fact that Sevilla FC will have a place amongst the training academies of the United States says a lot about the credibility and reliability that our model of youth development offers”, mentioned President José Castro.
For his part, Sevilla FC Director of Marketing Ramón Loarte considers the creation of the Sevilla FC Soccer Academy in the United States as a very positive move: “Two years of work has culminated in this important project which will enable us to continue growing in a sustainable way in very important areas such as the development of the soccer players of tomorrow and the installation of our methodology in a market which is more and more significant in footballing terms, as is the case with the U.S. The brand of Sevilla FC will continue taking big strides in projects which will progressively strengthen it and which allow us to keep growing in our brand identity, fanbase and income, present and future”.
