Nolito, one of Sevilla FC's goalscorers in the away match against RCD Espanyol, seemed very satisfied at full time: "We're happy because the team has worked very well. The team worked very hard in pre season. We've tried to compete against an Espanyol side that's already played four competitive matches. We've suffered but we've won".

The manager's ideology was on display during the match. "The manager has his ideology and very clear ideas. We try to do what he asks of us, every match is a huge match. I think we've pressed well. I'm happy because the team knew how to soak up pressure, and I'm happy with the victory and the three points.

The man from Cadiz assured us that there was a good team spirit during yesterday's match: "Yes, the club has signed lots of players, they're all capable of playing here. The squad is competent. Let's see if this continues, we all play the best we can, then we'll win many matches."
