Sevilla FC player, Jesús Navas, starred as A Balón Parado's special guest this Thursday night. The Sevillista assured that, what had happened at the Wanda is a tough page to turn, but that "we have no other option than to pick ourselves up and be focussed solely on the game. A wound difficult to heal, but we have to recover and keep it giving it our all until the end".

“We have to put in everything we've got, together”

The home-grown player stressed "I understand the pain the fans feel, above all for the result. After the match I spoke to my wife and parents and it was tough. My son was crying. Everything went wrong from the start, we didn't enter into the game. They scored their first goal early on and it made things difficult for us".

Five more matches remain for the side to secure qualification for the Europa League, "to win against Levante we need to be focussed and think solely about that match".

“Every day I am more eager to learn”

The Sevillista player wanted to put out a message of confidence and optimism, looking only to what lies ahead "I'm mentally strong and I'm in good form. I enjoy every training session and on a personal level, I feel comfortable. I enjoy every day more and more with my team and I feel good physically. I have the same excitement as when I started, but now I enjoy it more. Each day I am more eager to learn in training, to go for more, to not settle".

Finally, when asked about his favourite match to date, Navas responded "personally, I loved our game against Las Palmas. I scored a goal that secured us the three points and I enjoyed it massively".
