Lopetegui highlighted the 'heart' and 'ambition' of his players after achieving the main objective of the season

Julen Lopetegui was delighted after the win against Granada CF which qualified Sevilla FC for next year's UEFA Champions League. Julen, praising his players' work, was quick to point out the match was not easy for the team: 'It wasn't comfortable despite us playing a very good game. They improved in the second half and we lost our composure a bit but we were very good in the first half, extraordinary I'd say, against a team who always compete very well.'

'There is no secret. There is work behind the scenes and players with incredible heart and ambition. The players are the key.' To finish, he discussed the future with the main objective now in the bag: 'You can say what you want. We will continue to play with our game-to-game mentality in the hope of making history.'
