"We had chances to kill the match off"

Franco Vázquez, a starter at Balaídos, spoke in the mixed zone after the loss against Celta de Vigo: "They turned it round unbelievably. We had chances to kill the match off, we couldn't, which meant they were still alive late on. They have players that can cause problems".

"We had chances that we failed to take, but that's football. We're in a bad run and we have to stick together to end that run. Hopefully we do that next Sunday", continued the Argentine.

The midfielder spoke about the response needed from the players: "Every match is important, even more so now. We have to start from scratch and forget about this match. We have to look to improve, there's a lot of matches left and we have to end this run". He finished by speaking about his current form: "I haven't had a run of games but I feel good. It's difficult when you don't play but I always try to give my all for whenever the manager needs me".
