On Friday, the Sevilla FC Foundation participated in the Ángel Ganivet Primary School's launch of the final stages of their ‘1st AID Visual Impaired’ initiative. The scheme aims to educative visually impaired individuals to learn first aid protocols. Antonio Álvarez, ambassador for our Foundation and personnel from the Red Cross, YouthOrama and the Spanish National Organisation of the Blind, helped organise workshops were held on healthy eating and practicing CPR using life-sized dolls.

The aim of the event is to highlight the importance of normalising these practices among young people with sight difficulties. The children took part in activities while blindfolded using footballs that the Foundation donated.

The '1st AID Visual Impaired’ is simple: we can all save lives. The Sevilla FC Foundation has delivered educational material on what to do in emergency scenarios for teachers at centres for visually impaired students.
