SQUAD RETURN TO TRAINING, LEAVING INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS IN MADRID

Sevilla FC were back in a training on Monday, kicking off a week with no matches amid the international break. The session was the first since the postponement of yesterday's match at the Civitas Metropolitano due to weather alerts in Madrid. The squad returned from the Spanish capital last night and got straight back to work at the training ground this morning. Missing were Nyland, Gudelj, Sow, Lukebakio and En-Nesyri, who spent the night in Madrid as planned so they can join up with their respective national teams today.

Among those at Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios were new signing Boubakary Soumaré and Mariano, who trained on their own yesterday ahead of joining their teammates today. The team will undertake afternoon sessions until Friday, then take two rest days at the weekend.
