Ocampos, who put in a strong performance on the wing and expended a lot of energy, was annoyed at the fact they didn't get something from the game: "We work hard to win the game, but we fell short on a few details and that's why we lost. On Thursday, we have a chance to put things right".
"We were the better team for a lot of the match, but it's goals that win you games. They also deserved the victory because they fought for the whole game and now, for us, we can only think about getting back to winning ways in the next match".
Ocampos went on to say: "we showed a lot of character even though we lost and couldn't find a way to score. Even after a defeat like that we still feel good because we tried our best. People would have seen that we matched Madrid all over the pitch; but goals are the most important things in football and now we must continue and not let our heads drop".
To finish off, Ocampos spoke about the fans: "The fans give you more energy, and for this reason we leave everything out on the pitch. Even in defeat we gave everything and we showed good character".
