The Madrid-native admitted that even he didn't know whose goal it was: "I tried to finish because I didn't know if it had gone in or not. I still haven't seen the images"

Goalscorer for Sevilla FC's winner against Girona FC, Pablo Sarabia had this to say after the game: "It was a tough game because of the kind of game Girona played. We knew they'd come out like that and we didn't make any mistakes. It's true that we could have got a second goal to make things calmer and in the end we've had to struggle. They've had their chances but we knew how to treat the game.  The penalty made us believe we had to come away with the three points, which have put us in quite a good spot"

Who should be awarded the goal was even difficult to decipher on the pitch: "I tried to finish it off because I didn't know if the ball had crossed the line or not. So it ended up in the net in one way or another. The ref has ended up giving it to me but I still haven't seen the images".

"The team is very happy with the week. It didn't start in the best way but we've ended up achieving our aim in the cup and with three crucial points in the league".
