Pablo Sarabia was the player chosen to do the media honours ahead of tomorrow's Champions League clash with Bayern Munich. The Madrid-native spoke for the first time after Saturday's game, for which he was banned: "As long as you're out of the game and you can't help, it annoys you and makes you unsettled. The team played a great game but Barça are a great team and we ended up drawing".

Now talking about tomorrow's opponents, the attacking midfielder said he wanted to be just as effective against an opponent who are very different to Los Culés but have a similar footballing philosophy: "We have to be efficient to create opportunities. It's true they're different matches. The two have the same philosophy but we also need to keep that same intensity and order".

Sarabia rated the side's chances, despite not being favourites: "You always imagine yourselves one round ahead but we know the difficulty and we know we're not favourites. We're not going to make it easy at all playing with our weapons and exploiting our qualities". The versatile star also took the chance to rally for another magical atmosphere in Nervión: "We know that with our fans we're very strong.  We have to be really raring to go because if you stop focusing for five minutes you pay for it dearly. I think we can play a good match and get a good result".

"Leicester last year gave us something to learn from"

He also spoke about his experience last year with Leicester - a match which he said helped the team grow: "It helped us a lot to learn from last year. We played a great game there but we couldn't finish it off and we paid for it. It helps you learn to be more efficient and also tighter so you don't concede".

Asked about the role he will play tomorrow, Sarabia was as eager as ever to show his flexibility: "I'll help the team in any way I need to. I like whatever position but it's not up to me".

To finish up, he stressed that the team needed to leave the pressure of history to one side and come out with everything they've got: "We're very excited for this kind of match. All Sevillistas, not just me, we want tomorrow to come.  It's a spectacular match where we need to leave the pressure of history to one side because that only detracts".
