Pablo Sarabia scored his tenth goal of the season against Deportivo La Coruña on Saturday, as Sevilla returned to winning ways with a 4-2 victory at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.

The former Getafe midfielder was happy with the side's performance, which yielded Sevilla's first win in seven games.

He said: "We knew that this game was like a final. We were on a bad run of form and needed to end it.

"With the support of our fans we are stronger. In the last two games at home we weren't convincing. This win is really important for the team and for connecting with the fans, they are behind us in every game and every goal at home is a pleasure."

Five goals in 32 minutes saw Sevilla go in 3-2 up at half time, with Sarabia scoring the thid goal of the game on 9 minutes.

The 24-year-old said: "It was a bit crazy but we got through it and won the game, which iss what we need to keep doing. Even after picking up the three points, there are things that we need to improve on.

"We are happy because we've taken a step forward. The most important thing today was our enthusiasm. We hope it's withdrawn any doubt the supporters had."
