Once the planning has been completed and the squad has been put together, the General Sporting Director focuses on advice for group management

In the last episode, Monchi explained which elements have to be kept in mind when the signing is prepared to begin training. Now, the General Sporting Director will leave planning to one side and will focus on giving advice which, based on his experience, are fundamental for ideal group management. 

Monchi does not just have to be available for any of the first team squad's needs, he also has to manage his staff in the office. For this, the ninth episode of the Masterclass, he will speak about a series of soft skills, which are more intangible when compared to hard skills such as training and education.

The episode will focus on an aspect which Monchi considers to be of great importance, which is why the tenth episode will also be about these soft skills. Today's episode, number nine, will be released at 21:00 CET on the official Sevilla FC YouTube channel.
