1-2: SEVILLA ATLÉTICO LOSE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THREE MONTHS AT HOME AGAINST ATLÉTICO SANLUQUEÑO

Sevilla Atlético fell to defeat against Atlético Sanluqueño after a great three month run at home at the Estadio Jesús Navas

After three months unbeaten at home at Estadio Jesús Navas, Sevilla Atlético fell to defeat. Despite Juanlu taking advantage of a goalkeeping error in the second half to open the scoring, the three points headed back to Cádiz after two unfortunate moments in which Manolo Sanlúcar's side secured the comeback. 

Atlético Sanluqueño, who needed the three points to climb out of the relegation zone, started at a high intensity against a Sevilla Atlético side who soaked up pressure in their defensive third. Both teams shared possession with Sevilla Atlético looking to spring a surprise on the counterattack against Manolo Sanlúcar, who was managing his first match for the away side. After good play by Carlos Álvarez and Nacho Quintana down the right hand side, Iván Romo shot with a backheel and then Capi following in couldn't apply the finish. It would be the best chance in a first half with few dangerous openings for both teams. 

Juanlu took advantage of a mistake from the visiting goalkeeper to put the youth side ahead  

In the second half, it would be Sevilla Atlético who would settle the quicker of the two sides. After nearly scoring on a couple of occasions against Ismael Falcón, Juanlu took advantage of a mistake from the visiting goalkeeper in the area to react quickest to the ball, scoring the first with a powerful shot. The team from Cádiz reacted quickly, levelling up the contest through Alfonso after a series of rebounds in the home team's area. 

Fortune would once again shine on the visiting team when a shot from Pedro Martín deceived goalkeeper Adrián González after deflecting off the boots of a Sevilla defender. A goal down, Sevilla Atlético tried to push up in search of a draw. Kibamba had a good chance to equalise with a header. Then, Iván Romero with a moving shot also couldn't find a way past Isma Falcón in goal.
