Lucas Ocampos was one of the stars of the night. The Argentine, who scored the opener from the penalty spot in El Gran Derbi, firstly spoke about his feelings: "It was a tough week, I had a knock but I worked hard to be able to go into the match feeling well". He was particularly happy with the squad's performance: "All the team were very good. We knew how to dig deep and play, we were strong mentally by scoring first and knowing how to manage the match. Returning was so good, but returning like that... there's no words for it. It was a difficult week having a knock, but I'm happy that I played and scoredit's unique".

The winger highlighted the importance of taking the lead, knowing that in these matches equality is more evident: "I think in these matches someone has to strike first. From then on we knew how to manage it, but it was a tough match where we fought till the end so the points stayed at home".

"There are ten cup finals to go"

Regarding the absence of the fans, Ocampos mentioned how he has not had the pleasure of playing this derby match at home with fans, and dedicated the three points to them: "I did not have the possibility of playing a home derby with fans, but you hear about everything. We dedicate this win to them because they could not be there, but they made us win".

He also scored for the fifth league game in a row, his best goalscoring run, and he also assessed the side's second goal: "I was lucky that Fernando got on the end of it and scored. Scoring in these matches is something special. Now we have to adapt and continue because there are ten cup finals to go".
