He will play in the European Under-21 Championship qualifiers against Georgia and Azerbaijan

Jules Koundé, reigning UEFA Europa League with Sevilla FC, has been called up for the France U21 squad for their European U-21 Championship qualifying matches.

Sylvain Ripoll, the manager, has called up the centre back for their next two matches, on 4th and 7th September. They face an away trip to Georgia before hosting Azerbaijan.
