BEN YEDDER: 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED'

The striker opened the scoring and felt the team 'deserved' the second

Wissam Ben Yedder, the scorer of the first goal against Lazio in the UEL Round of 32, was interviewed after the game. The striker said 'it's mission accomplished for us: we won and qualified. We're happy with the game and, obviously, I'm happy with my goal but the team is always the most important.'

He added: 'We controlled the game and got a goal in the first half. They went for it in the second half but we managed to score as well. The sending-off hurt us but we got our deserved goal. It was not an easy tie against a top team in Lazio. We played well.'
