The Sevilla FC brand continues to expand all over the world, this time in Latin America. A group of club representatives, led by President José María del Nido Carrasco, will participate in the São Paulo Sports Summit from 7 to 9 May.

In one of the events at the summit, del Nido Carrasco will explain the club's strategic plan for the coming years, which aims to regenerate the sporting side, renew commitment to the youth academy, encourage the growth of the club's different business areas, internationalise the brand and maintain a leading position in technological innovation applied to the different departments of the club.

Elías Zamora, Chief Data Officer, will also take part in the event, presenting the club's technological developments that are used to optimise processes on both the sporting and commercial sides.

We will be part of a prestigious list of speakers and participants, which includes LaLiga Javier Tebas and some of the most influential clubs in Brazil. In addition, there will be representatives from other big sports organisations present, such as the NBA and Formula 1.

Attending the Sports Summit in São Paulo is another example of the club's commitment to internationalisation. The event serves to strengthen ties between clubs, organisations and companies within the sports industry and the most important media outlets in Brazil, one of the club's strategic target markets, and throughout Latin America.

Del Nido Carrasco is scheduled to meet with three of São Paulo's biggest football club - São Paulo, Corinthians and Palmeiras - who have all expressed their desire to establish links with us. He will then meet with the Federação Paulista de Futebol, the football governing body in São Paulo. Former footballer Mauro Silva is one of the main leaders of the federation.
