CAHYNOVÁ NAMED 2023 CZECH PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Sevilla FC Women player Klára Cahynová has been named Czech Female Player of the Year for 2023. The award ceremony was held at the Hotel Clarion Congress in Prague and celebrated the best Czech players throughout the years. She was part of the women's national side that were promoted to League A of the UEFA Women's Nations League and of course plays a crucial role in Cristian Toro's side. 

The centre-midfielder, who was born in Zlín, won the award following the votes of coaches, captains and players. She posted a thank-you message on her Instagram, saying "thank you to everyone that has been a part of my journey, especially my friends and family. Of course, I must also thank my coaches and colleagues, without them none of this would have been possible."
