MARIANO RECEIVES BRAZIL CALL UP

The full-back has been called up for next Tuesday's qualifying match against Paraguay

Sevilla FC received news this Friday that Mariano Ferreira has been called up by the Brazilian Football Confederation for the match on Tuesday 28 March against Paraguay in Sao Paulo. The encounter is a qualifying match for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. To date, Mariano has not made his debut for the Brazilian national team, and as such on Tuesday he will have the opportunity to make his first appearance for the Canarinha.

Brazil currently lead the South American qualifying group with 30 points, while Paraguay are in seventh place with 18.
