What is the timetable for the tour?
It is open Thursday-Sunday from 10:00-21:00. Last entry for general tickets is at 19:30. The day before home matches and on matchdays at home the tour will be closed. The timetable may also be changed due to events happening within the stadium.
How long does the tour last?
Approximately 90 minutes.
What is in the tour? What can you visit?
You will have access to various exhibits which explain the history of Sevilla FC. You will also be able to visit exclusive zones such as VIP boxes, the press room, the dressing room and the pitch. We recommend you download the audio guide for the best experience.
Can I attend the tour on match days?
Normally the tour is closed on match days. If it remains open on a match day, it will often be closed a few hours before kick-off. The tour can also be shut as a result of training or another event within the stadium. For European matches, it will be closed during determined hours on the day before and after the game.
Are the visits guided?
Only in groups of 9 people. Due to Covid safety regulations, guided groups will be composed of exactly 9 people. Tickets for this kind of tour must be bought at least 72 hours in advance of your visit.
WHAT COVID SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
Sevilla FC have worked with health authorities to ensure all the appropriate measures are put in place to safeguard the health of our visitors.
Visitors must wear their face mask at all times during the tour. Access will be denied to those who do not have a mask.
At the entrance and throughout the tour, visitors will find hand gel to disinfect their hands.
The number of visitors within the tour will be controlled at all times to ensure compliance with safety measures.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
€10 for general tickets, €5 for club members and season ticket holders. €7 for group tickets (9 people). Children of five years or younger and wheelchair users enter free of charge.
CAN I RETURN THE TICKET IF I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO GO?
Ticket returns will not be accepted. If you cannot go at the time specified on the ticket, you can change it to a different time, but not a different day.
I BOUGHT THE TICKET ONLINE AND I CANNOT PRINT IT. CAN I COME? DO I NEED TO PRINT THE TICKET?
It is ok to download the PDF on the email confirmation and present that at the entrance.
DO I NEED TO BUY THE TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Tickets can be bought on the day you wish to go online. However, we recommend purchasing in advance to make sure there are tickets available.
IF I PURCHASE A SEASON TICKET HOLDER/MEMBER TICKET, CAN I ACCESS THE TOUR WITHOUT SHOWING MY CARD?
No. When purchasing the ticket it states you must bring your card, as well as official identification, should you buy this kind of ticket.
I HAVE A SEASON TICKET/MEMBER CARD. CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE IT?
No. Only the card holder will be able to use it.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY TICKET. WHO CAN I CONTACT?
I BOUGHT A TICKET AS A GIFT. HOW DO I EXCHANGE IT?
To exchange your gift ticket:
- Come to the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán ticket office with the printed gift ticket and the staff will help you exchange it for general tickets for the day and time you desire.
- Access the website through this link and:
1. Choose the day and time you wish to come and select the number of tickets you wish to exchange for 'General ticket'.
2. After selecting 'General ticket', you will see 'Do you have a gift ticket?' and a box saying 'Gift ticket number. General ticket'.
3. Type in the numbers and letters that appear under the bar code of your gift ticket into the box and validate it.
4. Complete the process by filling out your personal details.
I HAVE A GIFT TICKET WHICH EXPIRED ON 31 DECEMBER 2019
If you have a gift ticket that should have been used before 31 December 2019, you should send an email with a photo of the ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be sent a free code that you can exchange on the website. New gift tickets are valid until 31 December 2020.
CAN I ATTEND THE TOUR AS A WHEELCHAIR USER? IS THE TOUR ACCESSIBLE?
The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán unfortunately has many stairs, meaning it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
DOES THE TOUR HAVE LOCKERS TO LEAVE MY BELONGINGS?
There is no room to leave valuable items.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE AUDIO GUIDE?
It is available on the Apple Store or PlayStore for Android. The application is called 'Sevillafc RSP Stadium Tour'.
WHAT LANGUAGE IS THE AUDIO GUIDE AVAILABLE IN?
Spanish, English, French, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Yes, as long as they are without flash.
