AGREEMENT WITH RB SALZBURG FOR THE TRANSFER OF MAXIMILIAN WÖBER

The Austrian international fullback joined Sevilla FC in the previous winter transfer window from AFC Ajax

Sevilla FC and RB Salzburg have reached an agreement for the transfer of Maximilian Wöber from Sevilla FC to the current Austrian league and cup holders.

Wöber came to Sevilla FC in January of this year, transferring from AFC Ajax. During his half season playing in the white and red, he played seven games in LaLiga Santander and one in the UEFA Europa League. However, an injury sustained to the meniscus on 31st of March against Valencia, during the match on Matchday 29, prevented him from returning to action until the current pre-season.

Sevilla FC would like to thank Wöber for his work in those months and we wish him the best of luck in this new stage of his professional career.
