Yassine Bono, Óliver Torres and Nemanja Gudelj played well in the defeat to Osasuna in Nervión. With regard to what happened last night in the Sánchez-Pizjuánthe first to speak to the media was our Moroccan goalkeeper, who showed his frustration with the defeat: "It was a strange evening, we really wanted to win but we didn't start well and it cost us going behind. We got better and scored through Nema, then I made an error and we came back to equalise. Then, in a chaotic period of the game where we were pushing for the winner, but didn't have control of possession and they scored their third goal. The team fought and left everything on the pitch, but our own errors punished us today.

I understand that football is like this, you can't make mistakes. I can get things wrong but I won't give up and I gave my all to the team, but today things didn't go our way and we have to get back to training so we can give our best next time. The fans spurred us on and helped us, it's just a shame that we could not get the victory for them and now we have to be positive, even though we are hurting. We need to approach the next game in the best way possible. The team was competitive and constant mistakes meant that we could not win nor draw... I can't think about The Best at the minute, now I can only thing about the pain from that game, but I will try to find positive energy so that we can return to winning ways and that this moment is a turning point for the squad.'

Óliver Torres also looked introspectively as he spoke about his disappointment about not giving the fans a result that their support deserved: "It's a tough night, we have to take responsibility, be self-critical and accept this result. The first half was poor, they were better than us. In the second half we came out onto the pitch with more determination and we got back into the game, but our mistakes hurt us. Our performance was not enough, we were on-top with the support of the fans and they scored from nothing to make it 2-3. We knew it was an important day and we didn't deal well with what happened in the game, we have got to give the fans the result that they want from us."

Nemanja Gudelj was the last to speak and showed his frustration, despite scoring: "We lost at home after a poor first half. In the second we were a lot better, but we gifted them two goals and that makes it difficult. Our aim was to get the three points, and so at the end we are left feeling angry. This is a normal reaction given the fine form we have been in, things didn't click for us today and we have got to learn from this experience because some important matches are coming up. At the end of the day, my goal didn't mean anything, but the most important thing is to recover after a loss so that we can return to winning ways."
