Sevilla FC and LOSC Lille have reached an agreement for the transfer of Ibrahim Amadou. Amadou will arrive at the Club at the start of next week for a medical and to sign his contract. He will sign for the next four seasons.

Amadou - a Cameroonian centre-midfielder with a French passport - is a versatile asset who has also been deployed as a centre-back and right full-back. He was grown in AS Nancy's academy, a club where he coincided with Clément Lenglet and eventually left at 22 years old to join Lille in the summer of 2015.

In Pierre-Mauroy's side - as well as playing alongside Sebastien Corchia for two seasons - he became a first-team regular, playing 102 matches in three seasons, 87 of which came in Ligue 1. Despite his youth - just 25 years old - his growth and continued importance at Lille took him to captaincy of the French side.
