With the 2018/19 season now over, Sevilla FC are already thinking about next season in which they will play in Europe for the fifteenth time in the past sixteen seasons. The end of the season marks a time to analyse and not only sporting matters - all kinds of data is analysed, right down to the attendance at the stadium. The average attendance this season was 35,952 - a 9% increase on last year's average which was 32,999 fans.

The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán had its best attendance for El Gran Derbi against Real Betis with a crowd of 42,855. This is followed by the matches against Real Madrid (40,972), FC Barcelona (40,661), Atlético Madrid (38,603) and Valencia CF (38,450). In total, the stadium has hosted 30 officials matches between La Liga (19), the Europa League (8) and the Copa del Rey (3). Furthermore, it hosted summer friendly against Extremadura UD and the Antonio Puerta Trophy against Schalke 04.
