Up until the October international break, Sevilla FC have scored 10 league goals so far this season - an average of just over a goal a game. With just over a fifth of the league games played, Sevilla achieved an impressive feat in the last league match played at the Sánchez-Pizjuán against Real Sociedad.

Said statistic speaks of Nolito's goal in the encounter, which now sits at fifth in the list of goals scored with the most passes in the build up for Sevilla FC in the last decade. To put that into context, in the 18/19 season Sevilla scored 62 league goals, 49 were scored in the 17/18 season while 69 were scored in the 16/17 season. Nolito's goal, which came after 17 passes, has now equaled Franco Vazquez's goal against Levante on the 26th January this year.

A goal by Negredo against Madrid, which came after 28 passes, sits at the top of this list for Sevilla FC over the last decade

The goal which sits at third on the list was Jovetic's goal against Osasuna during the 16/17 season, which came after 25 passes in the build up. Gameiro takes second place after his goal against Valladolid in the 13/14 season which had 26 passes in the build up.

To find the goal which tops the charts, we have to look back nine seasons - to that of 10/11. Said goal was scored by Negredo against Real Madrid, after 28 passes in the build up.

It's also worth noting that all five goals mentioned have all been scored at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, which makes sense when Sevilla tend to have much more control of the ball at home than they do when they are away from home.
