The midfielder suffered the blow in the game against UM Escobedo at the weekend

Sevilla FC's medical team can inform that Joan Jordán, who suffered a blow whilst challenging for a ball in the air in the cup game against UM Escobedo, is now suffering from severe bruising on his left eye. The Catalan, who played the full 90 minutes on Sunday, didn't train on Tuesday and is currently on the mend.
