After having an assured performance in the heart of the Sevilla backline in the win over Levante, Jules Koundé showed his happiness at the three points: "It was a hard game in which we suffered a lot, but Luuk scored and now we're delighted".
"They made life difficult for us; they play good football and they have pace up top. We played well ourselves and I think that we deserved the win. We had a lot of chances but one was enough to win. However, we know we need to work on this as we have to score more when we have so many opportunities".
The centre-back finished off by saying he was happy to be playing a lot of minutes and that winning is giving him more and more confidence: "I feel very good, keeping a clean sheet is always important for the team's confidence. I'm always happy to be able to play".
