Guerrero, Balcells and Martínez will come to Nervión, after working with the Sevilla FC coach at Girona FC. José Luis Silva will continue as the goalkeepers coach.
Pablo Machín will assume his newly assigned role at Sevilla FC with the help of three co-workers from his time at Girona FC: Jordi Guerrero, as assistant coach, Jordi Balcells, as physical trainer, and Carlos Martínez, as analyst. The team will work alongside José Luis Silva, who will continue as the goalkeepers' coach.
Guerrero arrived at Girona during the 13/14 season together with Javi López, as assistant coach. Following López's departure from the Club, he remained at the Club alongside Machín, taking on a generous amount of work at Girona FC.
Balcells, will arrive at Nervión following 14 years at Girona FC, where he has climbed the ranks, managing to work his way up to the first team, becoming a key figure at the Club. Finally, Carlos Martínez, who began working for Machín last season, will continue alongside the Sevilla FC coach.
Pablo Machín assured Sevilla FC's Club Media that, together with the aforementioned work team, "people already at the Club will help us, we will take advantage of this extra help. Carlos (Marchena) will also work closely with the team, everyone has a positive predisposition and this is going to help us immerse ourselves into Sevillismo whilst we learn out the players and the ins and outs of the Club".
