G-SHOCK has become the official watch of Sevilla FC for the next three years. The brand has designed and will commercialise five special models of watches for Sevilla FC that will be sold in the club shop, El Corte Inglés and a selection of jewelers. G-SHOCK takes one step more in sporting collaborations it has made in its 35-year history.

The alignment between G-SHOCK and Sevilla FC bolsters the philosophy of both entities even further: Passion, Resistance and Tradition. Both share a similar slogan: Dicen que nunca se rinde (it is said we never surrender) for Sevilla FC and Never give up in the case of G-SHOCK's creator - Kikuo Ibe.

David Zuazua, Marketing Manager of Spain and Portugal for CASIO ESPAÑA said after the singing of the partnership: "for us, this alliance with the club and its players is a great pleasure. We share the same philosophy, resistance, durability and slogan. We identify a lot with the fighting spirit of the team which never surrenders just like our watches - which can put up with anything without breaking. And above all else, with such an exciting fanbase that never abandons the team. We will accompany Sevilla FC and its fans to another European title".

Sevilla FC's Director of Marketing, Ramón Loarte, said: "it's a pleasure to have reached an agreement with one of the most important watch brands in the world, with a headquarters in Japan - which represents yet another step in the internationalisation of the Sevilla FC brand".

The G-SHOCK range comes from an innovative idea and ambitious aim: the creation of an indestructible watch. With this in mind, CASIO engineers have tried to keep in line with the renowned "triple 10" strategy. All successful models must be able to withstand a fall from 10 metres, resist water pressure of 10 bars and offer 10 years of battery life. The brand, just having hit a record figure for watch sales, has sold more than 100 million units since the range's launch in 1983 when the first model of G-SHOCK first became available on the market. A figure that also marks the 35th anniversary of a brand that hasn't wavered from its original concept and continually refines its technology with the aim of perfecting the G-SHOCK range. 

Commercialised models are the G-SHOCK GA-700 in black, red or white and the G-SHOCK GA-800 in black and red, all sporting the Club's name and badge so that you can always keep Sevilla close to your pulse and your heart.
