Bryan drives with the ball in training
First team

Lopetegui was able to see Bryan Gil in action for the first time.

The second and final test for Sevilla FC in Germany is approaching. There are just three days until the match against Hoffenheim and this evening Julen Lopetegui wanted to carry out the most demanding test possible before this friendly. After the tactical session in the morning, the Basque coach arranged a practice match on a full-sized pitch, which formed the basis for the evening session in Bad Schönborn.

While some of the coaches watched the encounter from the sidelines, Lopetegui took the opportunity to watch it from a hill next to one of the touchlines, at the training ground of TuS Mingolsheim, which has hosted the team since Monday. There he was able to see the first glimpses of the academy graduate Bryan, playing at right wing for one of the teams. During the fast-paced match, there were goals from Bryan himself, Nolito, Ben Yedder, Óliver and Pozo.

After today's double session, the players had dinner and rested in their rooms to start thinking ahead to Thursday's schedule, which will be the fourth day of training in Bad Schönborn and the seventh in Germany, this being the third and final pre-season tour.
