THE DRAW FOR THE ROUND OF 16 OF THE COPA DEL REY THIS THURSDAY

On Thursday afternoon at 16:00 CET, the draw for the Round of 16 of the Copa del Rey will take place, in which Sevilla FC will be one of the names, having eliminated Villanovense in the previous round. Their possible opponents are Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Athletic, Betis, Valencia, Espanyol, Getafe, Girona, Leganés, Villarreal, Real Sociedad, Levante, Valladolid and Sporting de Gijón, who are the only team from the second division.

The team that comes out first in the draw for each tie will play the first-leg at their home, with the only exception being Sporting Gijón who are guaranteed to play the first-leg at the Molinón and the return-leg away from home. The matches will be played on 8,9 and 10 January for the first-legs and on 15,16 and 17 of the same month for the return-legs.
