Christmas is getting closer and closer, a date marked in red on the calendar. It's also the case for Sevilla FC, as the club launches its Christmas campaign under the slogan "The feeling that unites us."  A concept with a two-way meaning, as it reflects the feeling towards Sevilla FC and also the spirit of the fans, characterised by never surrendering and fighting in the face of any adversity. Football, in general, and Sevilla FC, in particular, have the power to transcend the sporting aspect of football to become an incredible mouthpiece for socially important causes.

So, the club have made it their mission to ensure that food is not a luxury for anyone, and even less so at Christmas. The club have sought to strengthen the spirit of those who never surrender in the face of adversity, in order to raise societal awareness of the importance of collaborating with the Sevilla Foodbank so that no family lacks food at this time of year. To do so, the club have created an ad with a visual and very cinematographic style, with a predominance of black and white, showing the solidarity of the Sevillistas by introducing a very special version of the Centenary anthem.

With Fernando Reges, Amanda Sampedro and El Arrebato himself as the stars, along with club employees and fans, a story is depicted in which the Christmas spirit is reflected in the lyrics of the anthem. A piece that highlights the feeling of togetherness of the Sevillistas, not only towards their team but also towards those who need it most. The feeling of a supportive club, whose heart beats for their city and collaborates by getting involved in solidarity projects such as this, which is so necessary and even more so at Christmas.

In the words of Club President, José Castro, "Solidarity must be shown all year round, but especially at Christmas time, possibly the most magical time of the year. Everyone has the right to enjoy Christmas in the best possible way. That is why at Sevilla FC we want to continue to promote the excellent work of the Sevilla Foodbank and enhance its visibility through our social presence and our media presence. We are convinced that Sevilla fans will once again show their most supportive side."

Castro: "Solidarity must be shown all year round, but especially at the most magical time of the year"

It is worth remembering that Sevilla Food Bank was chosen by the members themselves as the social sponsor of this season's third kit, thanks to the sponsor Socios.com, which gave their space under the back of the shirt. Sevilla Food Bank, in its more than 27 years of history, provides food with the volunteering and solidarity efforts of 120 volunteers who collaborate daily directly at its facilities.

To reinforce the importance of collaborating with the Sevilla Food Bank this Christmas, the club have brought together Sevilla idols such as Unzué, Renato and Palop, who will be highlighting the importance of solidarity and supporting this cause with their messages. Similarly, the club will take advantage of all their Christmas events to reinforce this small donation, which can be so important for the city of Sevilla and its province.

This Monday, the first of these was already underway, with the milk collection drive at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Tonight, the friendly match against AS Monaco will be the next step to continue reminding people of the importance of collaborating with the Food Bank. To do so, simply make a BIZUM with the amount you wish to donate to 33495. You can also make a bank transfer to the following account numbers:
