Despite the fact that Óliver Torres suffered an injury setback yesterday against Andratx, he did not want to miss out on his work commitments and was still a guest for Sevilla FC TV's A Balón Parado: 'I had a small setback yesterday, we're waiting to get the results back and we'll see the extent of the injury tomorrow. I felt some sort of cramp in my muscle so I signalled for a change quite quickly. I was gutted to go off because it's disappointing, but we're going to give it our all. It has nothing to do with the injury I had in the summer and I hope to be back on the pitch soon. I'm focusing now on Cádiz, however I was really looking forward to face Atlético and Barcelona. I will be supporting the team like a supporter.'

Regarding the game against the team from the Balearic Islands, he stated that 'football is wonderful because it's unpredictable. You think that because of the difference in players, it will be an easy game but it's much more complicated than that. Yes, we play in LaLiga and they play in Segunda RFEF, but we're all footballers. If you're not focused from the offset it gets complicated, because they have that excitement inside them and this Cup is designed for these things to happen. Alavés and Levante were eliminated the day before. A lot of people were against us yesterday because they supported Andratx, but we're in the draw and yesterday we we came a step closer to the trophy. We have to give it value, knowing that there are things to improve.'

His best moment of the season so far might have been his goal against Levante: 'I think it was meant to be. I'd had a few bad months with my injury and my parents were at the stadium. Normally, that ball would have gone directly over the crossbar, but on that day, it found the back of the net perfectly. I was able to celebrate in a full stadium and my parents were there too. It also shows that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.'

There is no place for complacency this season yet again: 'We wanted to make it through the Champions League group stage, but we have three very exciting competitions and we're currently second in the league. We've been disappointed, but we can make up for it and move on.'
